Free Holiday Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open everyone aged 16 or over with access to the internet, excluding employees of The Mountain Bike Chalet Company (MBCC), or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
2. Entrants will participate by emailing freeholiday@themountainbikechalet.com No purchase is required to enter the prize draw.
3. The prize draw runs between 10 am British Time on 1st March 2011 and midnight British Time on 29th February 2012.
4. The prize consists of a one weeks free catered mountain bike holiday including guiding for 2 people in the French resort of Les Arcs/Peisey Nancroix. Full details of what is included and what is not included can be found at http://www.themountainbikechalet.com/mountain-bike-chalet-pricing.html
5. The earliest date that the prize can be claimed is Saturday 30th of June 2012 and the latest date is the week commencing Saturday 25th August 2012.
6. The prize does not include travel to the Les Arcs area of France, mountain bike equipment, lift passes or travel insurance.  The prize winner and companion will be responsible for supplying valid passports for travel to France and it is strongly recommended that travelers take out adequate travel insurance.
7. There is a limit of one entry per individual.
8. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on 1st March 2012. The winner will be notified by 2nd March 2012 by email. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at The Mountain Bike Chalet’s discretion and notified by email.  The Mountain Bike Chalet Co will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner to take up the specified prize.
9. The names of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to:

   Note that by entering this prize draw you agree to have your name and county of residence released as the prize winner, should you be drawn as the winner of the prize.
10. The Mountain Bike Chalet Company reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable. In the event of fraud or abuse, The Mountain Bike Chalet Company reserves the right to end or suspend the prize draw; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of the winner; and/or to allocate the prize by conducting a simple draw from remaining entrants.
11. The Mountain Bike Chalet Company accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances or other documents.
12. The Mountain Bike Chalet’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. This promotion is governed by English Law.
